Hey Art,

It is Ryan and Erica Austin. When we met you and your wife in your store last spring, we appreciated hearing about your journey to the top of Kilimanjaro, and your guidance on gear that you provided. The anticipation of our trip really got us motivated to explore hiking throughout the state of Maine and Vermont. We had a spectacular trip, and it has fueled our interest for more adventures.
